This policy covers data processing on the VPNQP marketing website and user panel. Account, billing, and support services require certain information; network access activity is not collected as account data. Data handled on third-party payment pages is also subject to each provider’s own policy.
Account and Order Data
VPNQP does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are all that is needed. The account creation process does not ask for an email address. Please do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets. Account identifiers and information needed to verify passwords are used to confirm identity, maintain login sessions, and manage subscriptions.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment result, and necessary transaction references. They are used to activate the service, verify payments, process refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Subscription status and traffic usage shown in an account are used to provide the service and display remaining usage, not to infer browsing activity.
No-Logs Policy
VPNQP does not record which websites users access through the service, or store browsing content, destination URLs, or DNS query history. VPNQP does not retain connection logs that could reconstruct an individual’s network activity, including source IP addresses associated with accounts, destination addresses, or connection timestamps.
Temporary connection state required to transmit data is released when the connection ends; no historical connection profiles are created. Accumulated traffic and subscription status used for plan billing are usage data, not records of website visits. When reporting a fault, users may submit error messages, but should not include browsing history, passwords, or full subscription links.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage to improve content and workflows. Analytics cover pages on this website and do not include third-party websites accessed through the network acceleration service. Do not put account credentials in page addresses or query parameters.
Cookies and local storage support essential functions such as session recognition, saving login credentials, and remembering language preferences. Users can remove local information by logging out, changing browser settings, or clearing site data; they may need to log in again afterward. Clearing browser data does not also delete server-side account or order records. Log out after use on shared devices.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
VPNQP supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment provider. VPNQP receives the payment status and transaction references needed to confirm an order, and does not ask users to provide their payment account passwords.
Before opening a third-party payment page, check the recipient, amount, and privacy notice. Relevant information is shared only as needed to deliver the service, verify transactions, respond to user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. Account information is not sold for marketing. Transaction records retained by payment providers under applicable law are not directly controlled by this website’s deletion actions.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and support records are retained as required for billing checks, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Site analytics are kept only for as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or de-identified. Access and connection logs that are not recorded have no subsequent retention period.
Users can log in to the panel and submit an access, correction, or deletion request through the support ticket portal. Please specify the account and scope of the request. We may need to verify account control before processing it. If billing records must be retained and cannot be deleted with the account, we will explain why; other information will be handled after the request is verified. No additional information unrelated to identity verification is required to submit a request.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
When this policy is updated, the revisions will be published on this page and the last-updated month will be changed. Material changes to data purposes, sharing, or user rights will be explained through site announcements or panel notices. Where applicable law requires separate consent, the relevant consent process will apply.
